Performance
management

 

Our objective is to provide Facilities Management services in a manner that promotes high standards of quality and customer satisfaction whilst being maintained at costs that are in line with the competitive marketplace. In short, our aim is for customers, at all levels, to be delighted with their facilities services. We propose to work in partnership with them to agree the criteria for performance measurement.  We will produce performance reports to an agreed format and frequency.

We propose to develop service level agreements for each of the elements of service, inclusive of key criteria or key performance indicators against which our service quality can be measured. All service agreements will be developed in line with our Clients’ specifications and budgets – with options to increase or decrease the service levels as appropriate. Monitoring will be undertaken in line with the performance criteria agreed with each service supplier .

We believe it is critical to measure customer satisfaction to ensure service enhancement and the development of a ‘True Partnership’ with our customers. We believe it is essential to have effective quality control procedures in place to ensure agreed standards are met.
